I was able to recreate a pair of mittens much like Bernie's famous mittens using recycled sweater materials and polar fleece.  They are a large, but could fit most adults.  Arctic level warmth, super thick materials and fleece lined.  All proceeds from raffle ticket sales will go to support the Putney Food Shelf, a community food shelf in Putney, VT, which provides food for local residents experiencing food insecurity.  Drawing is on March 15!!   My goal is to raise $1000, but more would be even better!
